    Ask A Sex Abuse Survivor

ASK A SEX ABUSE SURVIVOR (play)

A FREE public performance of "Ask" made possible by a partnership between Stop the Silence® and NAASCA, under the Stop the Silence® Arts as Advocacy Program.

All are welcome. No ticket needed.

Childhood sexual abuse survivor Michael Broussard's interactive presentation utilizes a unique mix of storytelling, audience interaction and improvisation to spark a real-time conversation about the effects of sexual abuse on children and adult survivors. Broussard himself is a walking, talking case study, able to give candid answers to questions about the survivor experience from all stages of his life.

The one-hour performance includes feedback breaks throughout, during which audience members are encouraged to ask questions, make comments, or participate in any way they see fit.

Please note that some material may not be suitable for all audiences.
